The design goals of the fully automated system are: 1. Realize 6 kinds of PVC powder, 1 kind of calcium carbonate, stabilizer, 8 kinds of oil additives automatic metering and automatic adding to the mixer. 2. The system can meet the automatic batching tasks of 6 single-line production lines with a capacity of 1t/h. According to the design goals of the batching system, the overall architecture of the fully automatic batching system (central feeding system) is drawn up. ①. PVC powder and calcium carbonate, a total of 7 kinds of ton bag packaging raw materials, are added to the centralized storage bin through the manual feeding station. The raw materials are conveyed to the automatic powder feeder of each machine through the negative pressure conveying pipe network. The automatic distributor automatically adds materials to the high-speed mixer according to the formula ratio. ② The oil tanker injects 8 kinds of oil additives into 8 outdoor centralized oil storage tanks, and the storage tank pumps the oil to a buffer tank on the roof of the factory building. The buffer tank is added to the weight-increasing oil scale by gravity supplementation, and the oil additives are automatically added through the weight-increasing oil scale. ③. The weight of the stabilizer is about 2-5kg in batches, and it is weighed and packaged and printed with barcodes by manual distribution stations. The centralized feeding system needs to meet the automatic batching of raw materials for 6 production lines with a capacity of 1t/h. Due to the variety of production orders and the large changes in the proportion of formula materials, the target for the delivery of a single material is 6t/h. Set up and adopt 7 6000L stainless steel and copper centralized storage bins. After tons of bags of raw materials are put into the manual feeding station, they are added to the centralized storage tank by means of continuous negative pressure transportation.
