3. Responsibilities:

3.1 Mixer: to ensure the correctness and quality of the feed materials; to ensure that the dryer and related equipment are turned on normally.
3.2 Monitor: Responsible for the start and stop of the feed control system and the maintenance and maintenance of related dust removal devices;
3.3 Machine repair: Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of the feeding system.
4. Specific safety operating procedures and precautions for the central feeding system:
4.1 The operation of the feeding system first confirm whether the main power switch is turned on;
4.2 Confirm whether the power supply of the air pump is turned on;

4.7.5 After opening the corresponding dryer suction and molding machine suction on the host control panel, check the sealing of the suction hopper of the molding machine. 4.8 Maintenance of the high-pressure fan of the central feeding system:
4.8.1 It is necessary to check all parts of the fan regularly, such as whether the mechanical parts are complete, whether the installation of the fasteners and positioning pins are loose, and the tightness of the bolts and nuts.
4.8.2 Check the centering and alignment of the blower and the motor each time it stops. Check whether the base of the unit is fully cushioned and whether the anchor bolts are tight, and then run for another 20 minutes to observe and confirm.
4.8.3 Change gear lubricating oil regularly, and fill the oil tank with specified brand oil to the oil level line.
4.8.4 In order to ensure the normal and continuous supply of air raw materials and normal production, the fans need to be inspected daily to find and solve problems in time.
