2, feed to the molding machine
When the raw material in the electric eye feed cup on the forming machine is lower than the specified height, the power system starts to work. The raw material passes through the pipeline from the drying barrel, and then enters the electric eye feed cup through the cut valve. When the raw material in the electric eye feed cup reaches a certain amount, the material is cut off The type switch is closed. After the raw material in the material pipe is evacuated, the shut-off valve and the shut-off valve are closed at the same time. The next electro-optical cup is operated as above. If the central controller does not receive the instruction of the next electro-optical cup, the fan will automatically shut down and wait for the next command. All the above operations are automatically controlled and operated by the central control system without personnel operation or guards.
3, dust filter system
After each single suction, the air in the pressure storage tank is equipped to clean the filter to avoid the obstruction of the filter. Collect fine dust and install overpressure protection to protect the fan.
