Automatic conveying system
The parts in contact with the raw materials are made of stainless steel and the filter device of the conveying system, which effectively ensures that the PET raw materials are not polluted during the conveying process. The flexible conveying air supply adjustment system, by adjusting the conveying speed, effectively avoids the situation of drawing or dusting of PET raw materials due to different conveying conditions. The transportation system of PET high-temperature raw materials has specially designed a solution with water cooling function, which reduces the risk of high-temperature raw materials transportation by the suction machine. Drying system
In the process of PET preform system, drying becomes a particularly critical stage. It is necessary to ensure that the moisture in the raw materials is removed and the drying temperature is reasonable. The desiccant dryer can provide dry air with a dew point of -40°C or lower, and can monitor various parameters in time and ensure a constant dew point. Dew point setting and smart regeneration function, the dew point temperature of traditional dehumidifiers cannot be set, and the dehumidifiers are working at maximum load. However, when processing PET raw materials requires high humidity, the dew point must be set and controlled. The dew point temperature can be set related to the control of regenerative energy, which reduces energy consumption compared with traditional dehumidifiers.
 
Color Dosing and mixing system
The volumetric masterbatch machine SCM can be used for the measurement of crystalline and amorphous masterbatch materials, and the production range is 0.2~32kg/hr. If customers have higher requirements for the addition ratio and accuracy of color masterbatches, we recommend the use of a weightless masterbatch machine SGD, which adopts a weightless measurement method, and the production range is 0.04~32kg/hr. The internal cooling water circulation cooling function can prevent the possible melting of the color masterbatch pellets entering the PET main stream, thereby ensuring accurate measurement. You can set several mold cycles to add color masterbatch once to meet the micrometering requirements.
 
PET crystallizer
PET crystallization machine is specially designed to overcome the glass transition temperature of raw materials and ensure homogeneous crystallization, avoiding the bonding or bridging of raw materials. The crystallization tank capacity ranges from 160 liters to 2500 liters. The material level detection system can adjust the operation mode of the crystallizer and the feeding device according to the actual amount of raw materials detected by the level gauge. The precise temperature sensing control system is adopted, and the discharge port is equipped with a rotating discharge valve to achieve continuous crystallization and prevent degradation.
 
Weighing Mixer
Special high-temperature weighing-type mixing and mixing machine design, including weighing sensor and material level detector, can deal with PET crystal high-temperature raw material processing. The controller comes with an Ethernet interface, and the corresponding software can read raw material ratio data (such as maximum output, actual output, and ratio accuracy) through this communication interface to facilitate product quality control. Mould dehumidification system
