How to clean and maintain thecentral feeding system(Alias:automatic feeding system,central material feeding system, centralized feeding system, central conveying system,centralized conveying system)
The cleaning and maintenance of the central feeding system(Alias:automatic feeding system,central material feeding system, centralized feeding system, central conveying system,centralized conveying system) is very important. It can not only keep the appearance and equipment clean and hygienic, but also prolong the service life of the equipment. So how should the cleaning and maintenance of the central feeding system be carried out?
Cleaning and maintenance of the central feeding system:
1. Flush the feed inlet with water before each filling to keep the feed inlet of the centralized feeding system moist during filling;
2. Fill the clean water tank that comes with the car with water while loading;
3. After loading, flush the inlet to clean the remaining impurities near the inlet;
4. After unloading at the construction site, flush the discharge trough, and then add clean water to the storage tank of the centralized feeding system;
5. Remember to discharge the sewage in the storage tank of the centralized feeding system before loading the next time;
6. Completely clean the storage tank and the material inlet and outlet of the centralized feeding system at the end of the day.
Cleaning and maintenance of parts of the central feeding system:
1. Central console
Regularly check whether the central feeding PLC terminal is loose, if necessary, tighten it; whether there is dust on the touch screen, and whether there are sharp objects around it, if there is any, it must be removed; after the operation on the touch screen, the protective cover must be put on.
2. Cut-off valve
Regularly adjust the air valve to allow the cylinder to have a proper movement speed. Because the cylinder speed is too fast, it will cause the service life of the silicone baffle, and if the speed is too slow, it will not keep pace. In addition, the air source must be cleaned, otherwise, the air and water entering the solenoid valve will damage the valve core and affect the work.
3. Material level switch
Note that the power signal line of the material level switch remains in its natural state and must not be tightened.
4. Fan station (central host)
Add gear oil regularly and clean up the dust, especially the pulsating dust collector, which must be cleaned up in time. Otherwise, the dust entering the fan will increase, and the negative pressure of the feed will be weakened.
