2. The hydraulic oil has high viscosity and increases the flow resistance. It is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil verified by the central feeding system.
3. Due to the damage of the oil pump or the clicked bearing or blade, the concentricity deviation of the coupling causes noise, and the concentricity needs to be adjusted or parts replaced
4. The directional valve of the central feeding system fails to respond but still has functions, such as valve core wear, internal leakage, burr blockage, and inflexible movement. Solenoid valve failure due to insufficient current will also generate noise. The solution is to clean the valve core. Spool wear needs to be replaced，The current needs to be stable and sufficient.
5. When hydraulic components are damaged or pipelines are blocked, noise is generated when hydraulic oil flows at high speed.
6. The mechanical part is faulty, the bearing is worn or the machine lacks lubricating oil or the parts are loose. Find out the reason and tighten or replace the parts to ensure that there is enough lubricating oil.
