Note:
1):Mixed proportioning error refers to the difference between the set percentage and the actual percentage of each component.
2):The standard sluice metering valve is suitable for the ratio of 5% (containing), and the mixed ratio error can be controlled within 0.1%. The standard gate valve can reduce the calibre of the
metering valve by the limit device, and also improve the measurement accuracy.
3):The micro metering valve R is suitable for 5% (excluding) to 0.5% ratio, and the mixing ratio error can be controlled at + 0.05%.
4):The maximum processing quantity and mixing ratio error data are the data obtained by continuous operation of the particles with the bulk density 0.8kg/ cubic meters and the diameter of 3-4mm. The maximum output is different according to the types and proportions of the ingredients, and the lightweight materials such as small packing density or comminuted material are used. When applied to the central batching station, a larger model should be selected.
5):Machine voltage specifications are: GB-5 and below: 1 230VAC, 50Hz;
GB-10 and the following models: 3 380VAC, 50Hz;
